Atimo Malvazija Istarska 2022

Atimo Rebula 2021

Extremely pleasant aroma includes delicate notes of meadow flowers, white peach, fresh apricot and dried apple. The palate is dominated by fresh, perfectly ripe yellow apple, peach, fresh yellow plum, passion fruit and ripe grapefruit. Texture is moderately buttery, tannins are present, but delicate and soft. It has a beautiful salinity that takes the complexity of the wine up a notch or two. Acids are beautifully expressed, giving the wine an incredible juiciness and freshness. BORAC by Rojac 2020

Sweet aroma of orange peel, peaches and vanilla. Palate is savoury, mineral with balsamic tensions and nice tannins. Great aging potential, but why wait? 5 months skin maceration from September to January in underground amphora, aged 18 months in large wooden barrel. We are bringing back one of our most popular orange wines from our first drop! This excellent introduction to orange is the joint creation of two friends and excellent winemakers, Boris Novak and Uros Rojac, hence the name BORAC. Made with 100% Malvasia.  

Cotar Terra Rosa 2013

A special red blend featuring the local Teran grape, blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Medium to full bodied red, ruby red with a purple hue in colour.  Intense fruity bouquet of plums, black fruits, with a hint of earth, smoke and coffee. Spicy, fresh acidity typical of Slovenian Karst wines. Soft in the mouth with silky tannins but also complex and intense, long aftertaste. Mature wine that has aged for 7 years in 1500L wooden barrels and 2 years in the bottle. Further storage potential is excellent.  Terra Rossa means 'red soil', which reflects the Karst region's iron-rich red top soil over limestone from maritime fossils.

Haider Give Me Wings 2019

Notes of ripe tangerine, tropical fruit, manuka honey, herbs and spices. Complex, fruity and energetic!  Weissburgunder/pinot blanc from the estate's best plots is hand harvested and macerated on the skins for 102 days. When serving, invert the bottle and swirl briefly, decant if you like. No added sulfites. A rare and breathtaking orange wine by biodynamic producer Weingut Haider that has a limited production of a few hundred bottles.

Jörg Bretz, Blaufrankisch 2013

Vinification: Selection in the vineyard, hand-harvesting, gentle processing, multiple perforations of the must cake per day, maceration for 36 days, no pressing, but only free-run wine. Expansion: 12 months of natural sedimentation in large wooden barrels, followed by 36 months in small oak barrels,then 24 months of maturation in large wooden barrels, and 12 months of bottle aging. Keltis Žan Red 2023

Klabjan Orange Malvazija 2022

Aromas of white peach, citrus, apple, honey, apricot. Fresh full-bodied orange peel on the palate and a characteristic mineral and salty finish. The pleasant fresh fruitiness and long aftertaste bring a nice roundness and multi-layered complexity. Amazing price quality ratio 3-4 days maceration. Aged in stainless steel and concrete for at least 12 months, sometimes with a few months in a large oak barrel before bottling.

Klabjan Refosco 2021

Notes of red and black berries, herbs, and spices like black pepper, with soft, velvety tannins and balanced acid, creating a juicy and lingering finish. Bold, complex, smooth and a full mouthfeel.  Made from 30 year old vines of refosco grapes 30 days maceration, aged 24 months in stainless steel and oak

Krapež Lapor Belo 2020

Full bodied orange wine with a pronounced bouquet of ripe peach, dried apricot and balsamic notes in the background. On the palette, it is dry, flavorful, with a clear tannin grip and an intense, persistent finish. Awarded Bronze by Decanter. "This is quite rounded with a restrained stone fruit nose and palate and a fast, warm finish" This wine is well-suited for pairing with poultry, fish, shellfish, and matured cheeses 7-day maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation. Aged 12 months in a large oak barrel on its fine lees. Bottled without clarification or filtration

Krapež Malvazjia 2021

Aromas of ripe peach, honey, dried herbs. Mineral, tasty and long finish.  Well structured with tannins present. Recommended to pair with food, like fish from the grill, pasta, and poultry. Awarded "Bronze" award by Decanter. "This is a well-made, fruit-driven wine with medium intensity, modest complexity and fair persistence." Spontaneous fermentation with 7 days of maceration then matured on fine lees in oak barrels.Bottled without filtration
