A beautiful pét-nat - a refreshing gentle fizzy sparkling wine made using the 'methode ancestral' method - which is one of the oldest methods to make bubbly!  Wild flowers, yellow fruit, apples, straw, yeast. Soft bubbles, long aftertaste.   Serving temperature: 8-10° C
