Hidden Pairings: A Hawker & Wine Discovery presented by The Amphora Project   Step beyond the expected and experience Singapore like an insider. This unconventional tasting journey pairs beloved hawker favourites with expressive wines, revealing surprising flavour combinations and offering a fresh perspective on the city’s rich culinary culture.   Discover natural wines - including orange wines and pét-nats - through a curated flight of six wines (6 × 50ml), each thoughtfully matched with a sampler-sized hawker dish from local favourite stalls. Blending insider access with authentic cultural immersion, this experience invites you to savour Singapore’s heritage in an entirely new way.
