We swear it's a coincidence our labels look like this. A bundle to share with your best girlfriends who appreciate the finest things in life. 1. Atimo, Rebula 2021 Atimo gives a new meaning to the ‘low’ in low-intervention wines, as winemaker Filip Koletnik believes that the grape itself contains everything needed to create the wine, i.e. no cultured yeast, no fining or filtration, no temperature control and no added sulphur. This 100% Rebula wine from Goriška Brda in Slovenia (bordering Italy) went through 9-month skin maceration and is an unforgettable, lively and cloudy orange wine that is so elegantly complex. Purposefully produced with fine lees kept in the bottle, so turn the bottle upside down before opening to enjoy the cloudy style of wine! The palate is dominated by fresh, perfectly ripe yellow apple, peach, fresh yellow plum, passion fruit and ripe grapefruit. Texture is moderately buttery, tannins are present, but delicate and soft. It has a beautiful salinity that takes the complexity of the wine up a notch or two. Acids are beautifully expressed, giving the wine an incredible juiciness and freshness. The aftertaste is long and fruity. Hand picked selected grapes, 9 months maceration in used oak, matured on fine yeasts for 14 months. 2. Weingut Haider, Give Me Wings 2019 Notes of ripe tangerine, tropical fruit, manuka honey, herbs and spices. Complex, fruity and energetic! Weissburgunder/pinot blanc from the estate's best plots is hand harvested and macerated on the skins for 102 days. When serving, invert the bottle and swirl briefly, decant if you like. No added sulfites. A rare and breathtaking orange wine by biodynamic producer Weingut Haider that has a limited production of a few hundred bottles. 3. Weingut Haider, Jung & Sexy 2023 A red wine that's also fizzy?? Weingut Haider is a biodynamic producer in Austria that makes this sexy, sparkling red which is bound to get you into a festive mood. As it unravels, the bubbles become soft and it evokes lovely, fruity aromas of ripe strawberry, sour cranberries with a hint of vanilla pod; think along the lines of cherry cola. On the palette, it's fruity, friendly and has slight perceived sweetness - although it's a dry wine. It goes with anything from - dare we say - chicken rice to chocolate cake!

Gordia Pét-Nat White 2022 (Sparkling) This Pét-Nat White pops with citrus, green apple, and white flowers; with a whisper of sea salt from the coastal marl soils. Located in between Sicily and Tunisia (North Africa), the island of Pantelleria is the spiritual home of Zibibbo. This dry muscat wine is especially fresh, light and aromatic, with notes of elderflower, tropical fruits, nutmeg, raisin, sweet spice. Maceration for 3 days, and fermented and aged for 1 year on the yeast. The Zibbibo grape, also known as Muscat of Alexandria, is one of the oldest known and rarest grapes in the world. It’s a ‘triple threat’ - a wine grape, table grape and raisin grape all in one. Its extreme adaptability is the main reason for its 5,000 years of history. In Pantelleria, the grapes are grown in low bush vines to protect them from strong winds - a UNESCO-recognised agricultural method. 3. BORAC by Rojac 2020 (Medium Orange) Sweet aroma of orange peel, peaches and vanilla. Palate is savoury, mineral with balsamic tensions and nice tannins. Great aging potential, but why wait? 5 months skin maceration from September to January in underground amphora, aged 18 months in large wooden barrel. We are bringing back one of our most popular orange wines from our first drop! This excellent introduction to orange is the joint creation of two friends and excellent winemakers, Boris Novak and Uros Rojac, hence the name BORAC. Made with 100% Malvasia. 4. Vina Krapez, Amfora 2019 (Complex, Full-bodied Orange) Aromas of ripe flowers, grapefruit, vanilla, caramel, black tea, wood. Full bodied with tannins and a looong finish. 1. Jörg Bretz, Weissburgender 2013 “From Pinot Blanc,” says Jörg Bretz, “we can achieve even more than from Chardonnay.” In this case, "we" refers to the region between Höflein in Carnuntum and the northern shores of Lake Neusiedl, where the vines for his Weissburgunder thrive. To realise its full potential, Jörg adheres to principles executed with a precision unmatched in Austria. In essence, these principles are: extensive manual labor, meticulous observation of his vines and terroir, late harvesting of healthy grapes (free of botrytis), and a slow, patient maturation process in wooden barrels. For his 2013 Weissburgunder, this meant 108 months (nine years) spent on the lees, maturing deliberately to find its ultimate form. This timeline varies slightly depending on the vintage, but it’s never significantly shorter. Jörg only bottles his wines—Weissburgunder included—when he believes they’ve reached an initial peak, though this doesn’t imply urgency for consumption. His wines are built for the long haul, starting midway through their potential journey and evolving gracefully over decades. 2. Der Rebenhof, Maischevegoren 2017 Silky aromas of honey, white stone fruit, herbs and spice. Vegetative, slightly oxidative, proper grip. The grapes come from biodynamic 20 to 40 years old vines on very steep single vineyard plots. 12 months maceration and 24 months ageing in Austrian oak The wine will continue to mature and evolve for 2 weeks after the bottle is open! Maischevergoren means ‘fermentation on the skins’ in German. Weingut Rebenhof is located along the southern Styrian wine route in Austria and winemaker Harti emphasises natural practices such as biodynamic farming, no additions (e.g. enzymes, cultured yeasts), low yields, long aging in both steel and Austrian oak, and wines that often lean into skin contact and field blends rather than strict varietal conventions. His philosophy is one of connectedness to the land and experimentation, pushing the boundaries of what Styrian wine can express while maintaining rigorous biodynamic methods and sustainable practices. 3. Aci Urbaj, Organic Anarchy Rezerva 2022 A very cult producer from Slovenia with very limited production (<1000 bottles per style). A unicorn among wines and purportedly sold out in Europe. Layers of honey, peach, dried apricot. Nutty and textured. Long savoury caramel finish. Energetic yet light, rounded, complex and balanced. To put it simply, this wine will blow your mind.

1. Klabjan, Malvasia 2022 Aromas of white peach, citrus, apple, honey, apricot. Fresh full-bodied orange peel on the palate and a characteristic mineral and salty finish. The pleasant fresh fruitiness and long aftertaste bring a nice roundness and multi-layered complexity. Amazing price quality ratio 3-4 days maceration. Aged in stainless steel and concrete for at least 12 months, sometimes with a few months in a large oak barrel before bottling. 2. BORAC by Rojac 2020 Sweet aroma of orange peel, peaches and vanilla. 3. Der Rebenhof, Rock II Aromas of ripe apples, apricots, darjeeling tea, cinnamon and some spices. Firm acidity, grippy tannins. Grapes are from biodynamic 20 to 40 years old vines from single vineyards. 12 months maceration, aged for at least 24 months in stainless steel tanks and old barrels. The wines were blended in the winter of 2023 and aged for six months before bottling in the spring of 2023. The wine then aged for two years in the cellar before being released. The wine's name comes from the title of a song by winemaker Harti’s favorite band, AC/DC, and is a deep, rock-like orange wine.
