Green herbaceous aroma with hints of stone fruits, apricot, dried apple. Very flavourful with yellow apple, peach, grapefruit, and passion fruit with herbal and mineral notes. 

 7 days of maceration. No additional sulphites added. Aged 8 months in used oak barrels. Battonage technique. 

One of the smallest wineries in Slovenia (3000 bottles production annually). Zelen is the most famous indigenous variety of the Vipava Valley wine region, very rare.
