A light, joyful Pet-Nat (pétillant-naturel). It will be slightly cloudy, low in alcohol, with fizzy, bright notes of wild strawberries, green apple, and a slight yeasty bite.

Ancestral methode. Wine is bottled during primary fermentation and the carbon dioxide from fermentation creates the bubbles.
