Full bodied orange wine with a pronounced bouquet of ripe peach, dried apricot, tarry notes, and balsamic notes in the background. On the palette, it is dry, flavorful, with a clear tannin grip and an intense, persistent finish. Awarded Bronze by Decanter. "This is quite rounded with a restrained stone fruit nose and palate and a fast, warm finish" This wine is well-suited for pairing with poultry, fish, shellfish, and matured cheeses 7-day maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation. Aged 12 months in a large oak barrel on its fine lees. Bottled without clarification or filtration

Aromas of white peach, citrus, apple, honey, apricot. Fresh full-bodied orange peel on the palate and a characteristic mineral and salty finish. The pleasant fresh fruitiness and long aftertaste bring a nice roundness and multi-layered complexity. Amazing price quality ratio 3-4 days maceration. Aged in stainless steel and concrete for at least 12 months, sometimes with a few months in a large oak barrel before bottling.

Green herbaceous aroma with hints of stone fruits, apricot, dried apple. Very flavourful with yellow apple, peach, grapefruit, and passion fruit with herbal and mineral notes. 7 days of maceration. No additional sulphites added. Aged 8 months in used oak barrels. Battonage technique. One of the smallest wineries in Slovenia (3000 bottles production annually). Zelen is the most famous indigenous variety of the Vipava Valley wine region, very rare.
