About Gordia

Gordia wines come from the sun-drenched town of Ankaran in Slovenian Istria—a coastal gem by the Adriatic Sea, just near the Italian border along the Gulf of Trieste.

Winemaker Andrej Čep is all about low-intervention, honest winemaking. He works with around 5 hectares of organically certified vineyards that overlook the sea, crafting wines with no added chemicals, no tricks - just pure expression of grape, place, and time.

About Gordia Pét-Nats

Our Gordia pét-nats are born where ocean breeze meets vineyard slope. Grown organically on seaside hills, these naturally sparkling wines are light on fizz, big on fun, and a little bit wild - a cheeky, refreshing alternative to champagne.

Both pét-nats - white and rosé - shine with richer Asian flavours, fried chicken and other junk food and also make perfect aperitifs on their own. Serve them ice-cold at poolside parties, BBQs, or just any sweaty Singaporean afternoon (which is everyday).

Unfined, unfiltered, and undisgorged, each bottle comes with lees (yummy, cloudy sediments) that add depth and texture - totally safe and even encouraged to drink if you like them lightly funky.

Gordia Pét-Nat White

A zesty blend of indigenous Malvasia and Chardonnay. Expect notes of citrus, green apple, and white flowers, with a whisper of sea salt from the coastal marl soils. ABV: 10%

Gordia Pét-Nat Rosé

A juicy mix of indigenous Refosco and Merlot, this rosé bursts with strawberries, cherries, and raspberries, balanced with a touch of tartness and coastal minerality. ABV: 11%

Best served at: Around 6°C

Pro tip: Open the bottle cap gently! These living wines have minds of their own - and occasionally, a wild streak.
